Sometimes the Atlas VPN application can not be installed due to compatibility or availability issues. In this article, we will explain the reasons behind these issues, and provide an alternative way to set up the Atlas VPN.
Incompatible operating system
Atlas VPN supports these operating systems:

- Windows 10 and later
- MacOS 11.0 and later
- Android 7 and later
- iOS 14 and later
- Fire OS 7 and later

Application not available on Play Store or Apple Store
If you are unable to find the Atlas VPN application on the Play Store or Apple Store, it means that currently, we do not offer services in your region.
Alternative way to set up the VPN
If you are unable to install the Atlas VPN application on your device, we have a workaround! You can set up a VPN-protected hotspot on a Windows device and share the protected network with your other devices. To do that, visit our guide for setting up a VPN-protected hotspot.
