Inactive premium services after a successful purchase

Have you purchased a subscription with Atlas VPN and still can not access your premium account? We are here to help!

Firstly, please check whether the payment was successful by looking at your bank statements. If your payment was successful, but your account is marked as free, please send us the receipt for the payment, so we could fix the issue.

 

Note: it might take up to 24 hours to receive an invoice if the purchase was made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

 

If you paid via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, try clicking the Restore Purchase button in your Google or Apple account to activate the premium subscription. In case restoring the purchase does not help, please contact our customer care team.


To locate your Google Play Store purchase, our team will need a GPA number and the email address you used for registration. GPA is a number that was generated by the Google Play Store upon making the purchase.

In case you are having trouble locating the order number, please follow this guide to locate your GPA Order ID:

  1. Visit Google Pay.

  2. Sign into your Google account.

  3. On the left, click Subscriptions and services.

  4. Click View purchases.

  5. Copy the ID that looks like GPA.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxxx.
