Why can’t I use premium services after a successful purchase?

Please check whether the purchase went smoothly by looking at your bank statements. Bear in mind that it might take up to 24 hours to receive an invoice if the purchase was made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

You may also locate the Restore Purchase button in your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account and tap it to activate a premium subscription.
