1. Run “Windows Powershell” as administrator
2. Copy and paste the following commands into PowerShell window and press Enter:
netsh int ip reset netsh int ipv6 reset netsh winsock reset
3. Restart your computer
4. Open Windows “Device Manager”
5. Expand “Network Adapters” node
6. Locate the WAN Miniport (IKEv2) item
7. Right-click on it
8. Select Uninstall device from the drop-down list
9. Repeat steps 6-8 with all other WAN Miniport (..) items
10. Click Action from the menu bar
11. Select Scan for hardware changes
12. All deleted WAN Miniport devices should come back
13. Restart your computer
14. Try to connect Atlas VPN
