Please note that this information is required to confirm your account ownership in order to avoid possible unauthorized changes.
- registered email address;
- the new email address which will be used to access the account;
- payment date;
- payment amount;
- the method which was used to make the payment (Google Play, Apple App Store, PayPal, Credit/debit card);
If you have paid via the Google Play Store, please provide the GPA number of the purchase.
If you have paid via the Apple App Store, please provide the transaction ID from Apple App Store.
If you have paid via a credit/debit card on our website, please provide the last 4 digits of the card and the purchase number.
If you have paid via PayPal on our website, please provide the transaction ID of the payment.
Once our support will receive the email, they will contact you to inform you that the requested changes have been successfully made.
If any of the information will not match, the requested changes will not be completed.
