Getting a refund

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. A one-time refund can be granted in case you are not satisfied with the product: 

    • A monthly plan refund can be granted within 14 days from the initial purchase of the plan.

    • An annual plan refund can be granted within 30 days from the initial purchase of the plan.


The refund can be granted only once. There is no refund available for recurring subscriptions. If the subscription passes the time limit for the money-back guarantee, the refund is not available anymore.
