As it is stated in our Terms of Service, under Refund policy:
"All of our customers are eligible for a refund as long as the payment is not older than 30 days. However, as we seek full satisfaction for our Services, we will troubleshoot the issue you experience first."
Please keep in mind that we are unable to issue a refund for the payments made through the Apple App Store. To receive a refund you will have to contact their support team and follow their refund policy.
