Application diagnostics help our customer care team to pinpoint the issue you might be facing and resolve it effectively, therefore, we might ask for them within the troubleshooting process. In this article, you can find steps for locating and retrieving diagnostic logs of the Atlas VPN application installed on your device.
Important note: these logs do not have any information about your activity online, only about the performance of the Atlas VPN application.
- To access the Atlas VPN application diagnostics, click on the Start (⊞) button for your Windows device and type in or copy the text: %localappdata%\AtlasVPN\Logs
- You will find the diagnostics file, please attach it either to live chat with one of our agents or to an email at email@example.com.
Please navigate to the Atlas VPN application Settings indicated by the gear icon. From there, go to the Help section and tap "Share activity log". Afterward, please send that file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please navigate to the Atlas VPN application Settings (gear icon at the bottom bar navigation). From there, go to a Support section and tap "Support Center". Afterward, please press the "Share Activity Log" button and send that file to email@example.com. Please note that to do so, you would need to be logged in to the Apple Mailbox feature.
