Unable to connect to VPN on macOS

Have you encountered issues while connecting to Atlas VPN servers on your macOS device? Try following these troubleshooting steps to solve this case:

  1. Try connecting to several different servers, and see if the problem persists. You may also try connecting to neighboring countries.

  2. Try switching the connection protocol.
     
  3. Make sure you are not using any other VPN services.

  4. If the issue persists, please try connecting to a different network. You could either switch between Wi-Fi and cellular network or connect your macOS device to a mobile hotspot.

  5. Reset network settings. Go to Settings > App Settings and click the Reset Settings button.
     
  6. Try reinstalling the Atlas VPN application to reset the configuration.

  7. Check if your network is restricted. If that is the case, follow our guide for connecting from a country with internet restrictions.
