I am not receiving sign-in emails

If you are not receiving sign-in letters with verification codes from Atlas VPN, you might need to whitelist our address in your email settings.

In this article you can find a few whitelisting tutorials for the most popular email service providers:

Note: please wait half an hour after whitelisting our email address, then try signing into the application or user control panel.

Gmail

To whitelist our email address in Gmail, perform these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account and press the gear icon, then, select “Settings”.
  2. Go to “Filters and blocked addresses”.
  3. Press “Create a new filter”.
  4. Enter the no-reply@atlasvpn.com email address in the “From” field and press “Create Filter”.
  5. Check the “Never send it to spam” box and click “Create Filter”.

ProtonMail

To whitelist our email address in ProtonMail, perform these steps:

  1. Log in to your ProtonMail account, go to "Settings" found at the top of the window.
  2. Click on "Filters", then "Spam filters".
  3. Proceed to the "Allow list".
  4. Click "Add" and then insert the no-reply@atlasvpn.com email address and press enter.

Yahoo! Mail

To whitelist our email address in Yahoo! Mail, perform these steps:

  1. Log into your Yahoo! Mail account and select settings by clicking on the gear icon.
  2. Scroll down the menu and select "More settings".
  3. In the left-hand menu select "Filters".
  4. Select "Add new filters".
  5. Type a name for your filter.
  6. Select "From" as the rule and "contains" as the filter criterion under "Set rules".
  7. Then, enter the no-reply@atlasvpn.com email address to whitelist all emails that come from this address.
  8. Under "Choose a folder to move to" select "Inbox". This ensures that all emails will arrive in the inbox and never be sent to spam.
  9. Click "Save".
  10. Once the filter has been successfully created, you can view it under "Your Filters".

Outlook/Hotmail

To whitelist our email address in Outlook/Hotmail, perform these steps:

  1. Log in to your Outlook/Hotmail, go to Settings top right page, expand it and click "View all Outlook Settings".
  2. Click on "Junk Email".
  3. Click "Safe senders and domains".
  4. Click "Add" and then insert the no-reply@atlasvpn.com email address and press enter.
