Inactive premium services after purchase via Google Play Store

In some cases, a subscription bought via the Google Play Store may not be automatically assigned to your Atlas VPN account.

If this has, unfortunately, happened to you, please contact our customer care team and provide your GPA number which was generated by the Google Play Store upon making the purchase as well as the email you used for registration. 

In case you are having trouble locating the order number, please follow this guide to locate your GPA Order ID:

  1. Visit payments.google.com/.
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
  4. Click View purchases.
  5. Copy the ID that looks like GPA.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxxx.

Send the GPA number via email to support@atlasvpn.com alongside the email address you have used for our service for further assistance!
