A sign-in letter will be sent to your email inbox, and after clicking on the Confirm sign-in button, you'll be logged in!

Note: you will be logged in on the same device you used for confirming the sign-in. Also, please keep in mind that the link only works once.

Logging into the Atlas VPN website

To log into the Atlas VPN website, all you need to do is visit this page, enter the email address of your account, and click the Log in button.

Afterward, open your email inbox. You will receive an email with the subject line: Device sign-in confirmation. Once you open the email, click the Confirm sign-in button.

And that is it! You will be logged in on the same window you use to click the blue Confirm sign-in button.

If you wish to log into the Atlas VPN website on a different window, please copy the sign-in code, attached at the bottom of the letter.

Head back to the Atlas VPN tab where you have entered your email, and click on Or use sign-in code.

Then, paste the sign-in code, click the blue Submit code button, and you will be logged into your account!

Troubleshooting login issues

In case you are not receiving the email containing the activation code needed to log into your account, please refer to this guide.

If you receive an error message when trying to log in, try these steps to see if they resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure that the email you are using to log in matches the one used to register.

  2. If there are upper-case letters in the email address, try switching them out to lower-case ones.

  3. Try uninstalling the application from your device and downloading it once again from here.

  4. If you are using a Windows device, try syncing up your device time by going to Settings > Time & Language > Date & time > Sync now.
