If you are having trouble accessing the BBC iPlayer stream, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- Make sure that Location Services are disabled on your device, then try to access the service once more. You can learn how to disable Location Services on your device here.
- If you are using a browser to stream, please try to clear the cache of your browser. Also, you may try enabling the Incognito mode.
- In case you are streaming via the BBC application, try reinstalling it on your device while connected to one of our VPN servers.
- Test a few different servers in the Atlas VPN application by disconnecting from a server and connecting again.
