Unable to make a payment

There might be a few different factors that do not allow you to complete the payment - being connected to a blocked VPN server while attempting a purchase, entering wrong payment details, or your browser's cache being overloaded.

If you are unable to make a payment, please:

    • Double-check the entered payment details to make sure they are correct.

    • Make sure that the credit card used for the payment has international transactions enabled.

In case these two factors are not the issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Clearing the cache of your browser. Here you can find a guide on how to do so.

  2. Disabling any extensions running in your browser that might interfere with the service.

  3. Switching to a different browser.

  4. Testing out a different device to complete the payment.
