In case you experience any trouble with the Atlas VPN application on your Windows device, you may try re-installing it to check if it resolves the issue.
Firstly, you would need to remove the AtlasVPN application by following these steps:
- Navigate to Control Panel (you can do so by clicking on the search box in the taskbar and typing in Control panel).
- Select Programs and Features / Uninstall a Program.
- Locate the AtlasVPN application, right-click on it, and select to uninstall the app.
- Restart your computer.
After that, please download and install the latest version of our application. You can get it here.
