No internet connection on Windows

In rare cases, you can encounter an issue where your computer has no internet connection while connecting to the VPN. This can be frustrating, but no worries, we have a solution!
 

Note: to prevent this from happening, make sure you disconnect from the VPN before shutting down the Atlas VPN app or turning off your computer.
 

If your computer runs into this issue, you can solve it by switching your connection protocol to IPSec/IKEv2. Here is how you can do that:

    • Open the Atlas VPN app, click on Settings, navigate to the Protocols tab and choose the IPSec/IKEv2 protocol.

And that is it - once you change the protocol to IPSec/IKEv2, the issue should be solved!
