Quick Connect feature

  • Updated

Atlas VPN for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS has the Quick Connect feature to help you save time while connecting to the VPN. By clicking the Quick Connect button, you will be connected to the server, which can be selected in the app settings. Let's look into how you can do that on different operating systems:

Windows and macOS

To access the Quick Connect feature, click the Settings button on the left side of the app window and navigate to the Connectivity tab.

Then, click on the drop-down menu next to Quick Connect, and choose the category of the server.

Once you choose the category, click on the drop-down menu below, and choose the specific server you would like to be connected to after clicking the Quick Connect button.

Note: if you choose Nearest Location or Fastest Location, you will not be able to choose the specific server. The server will be selected based on the distance to the server, or the server load.

And that is it! Next time you click the Quick Connect button, you will be connected to your chosen location.

Android and iOS

To find the Quick Connect feature on Android and iOS, tap the cogwheel button at the bottom of the app window and head to General settings.
