Unable to connect in Russia

Recently we have noticed an increased amount of cases, where customers are unable to connect to Atlas VPN servers while located in Russia. The issue is related to network restrictions in this country, and our tech team is working on a permanent solution, however, it's hard to tell when it will be available. We truly appreciate your patience in this situation.

In the meantime, please try following these steps to see if it solves the connectivity issues you have encountered:

  1. Try connecting to the same location a few times in a row.

  2. Test out different locations in the Atlas VPN app.
